Fixed order of valve open command

This fix makes the valve open command to open the right valve on the circuit board. Before this fix, "valve x#1" would have opened the valve that is labeled as "24" on the silk screen of the circuit board of box x and "valve x#24" would have opened the valve labeeld "1".
